These work great! I had started working out but was seeing little results. I believed it was water weight from eating frozen meals high in sodium and drinking. I kept telling my husband it felt like I was bloated but he kept saying I did not have water weight. I use these for 3 weeks and saw a huge difference. The bloat and puffiness in my body have gone significantly down. I would definitely recommend.

This review is after 3 weeks of straight use. I was skeptical at first but then I noticed my lower abdomen shrinking. Provided in combination with a few tweaks in my diet and a little more exercise here and there. I’m not an athlete or super diet champ. I just make modifications where needed. The toughest area is belly fat and daily stress doesn’t help any. So any extra help other than exercise and diet to tackle this is a win. Patches are not a miracle patch alone. You still have to work but nothing extreme.

I have been using this product for 3 days now and I can already feel some differences in my belly. I work out for one hour each at night, so I wear this in the morning, and by the time I work out at night it comes off when I sweat. It feels very warm but not uncomfortable, I actually like the warm feeling. I already notice some results.

I liked how fast this worked! There’s a huge difference in the way that my clothes fit and just the side by side photos of a 6-day difference!
